Methodology & Notes
How this register was built, and how to read it.
Data sources
This register is compiled directly from live submissions to six Jotform instruments issued under the KNH Salary and Benefits Survey inception report: the Organisation Questionnaire (Annexure A), Key Informant Interview capture (Annexure B), Stakeholder Mapping (Annexure C), Job Matching Worksheet (Annexure D), Data Quality Assurance Checklist (Annexure F), and the Project Risk Register (Annexure I).
Collection window
Duplicate and incomplete test submissions were removed; where an organisation submitted more than once, the most recent submission was retained.
Reading the salary ledger
Each position shows the reported range (min–max) and the interquartile band (25th–75th percentile) across organisations that reported that position, with the median marked. Positions with fewer than three responses are flagged as a limited sample — read those figures as indicative, not benchmark-grade.
Confidentiality
This register names participating organisations for internal survey management by LeeTend Consulting Group and the KNH ICC team only. The final published survey report will present all findings in aggregated, anonymised form, consistent with the confidentiality commitment given to every respondent.
